The links look like they didn't get refactored after a web server
move.  Starting from http://users.foxvalley.net/~joko/ssii.index.html,
the HTML should point to internal anchors; but the website and name of
index page have moved.  The link to V1 issue 1, for example, says
this:
http://www.crl.com/~joko/ssii-index.html#v1i1
but it should say this:
http://users.foxvalley.net/~joko/ssii.index.html#v1i1
All of the links would need to be updated to the new website and
change of file name for ssi[-|.]index.html.
