Wildcard Disk Images

In the mid 80's a friend of mine finished a ridiculous number of
levels on Miner 2049'R and then used his Wildcard to make a disk image
so we could start at the higher level if we wanted.  I am interested
to know if there is a .DSK library somewhere than contains any disk
images like this?

Also, do any of the current emulators have Wildcard functionality
built-in which would allow a snapshot of game progress?
