OK, I'll check Asimov again. It's been at least a year since I last
looked at it and I was under the impression that it is no longer being
actively maintained based on the lack of any new uploads in recent
years. I did notice a few commercial titles there, but mostly the
more popular titles. I was hoping to find some of the less common
stuff such as old CAD software.
Certainly if I am fortunate enough to pick up any software via old
fashioned yard sales or eBay (God help me), I'll be sure to upload it
to any actively maintained Apple II repositories as I would like to
see as much of it preserved as possible.
As for the IIGS, I always wanted one, but unfortunately got stuck with
PCs for a decade and a half until Apple introduced OS-X. Anyway,
computers today hardly have the exotic appeal they once did which
probably influenced me to pick up this old IIe in an effort to re-
experience some of that old nostalgic love.
