Thanks for the reference, I somehow overlooked that I was trying to
place the mnemonics in column one. Adding a leading space or label works
fine. However, now the book is telling me to press Ctrl-E to quit
insertion, which doesn't work in this version. Grr. Do you only have
that manual in physical format? If you have a pdf or something you can
send me it would still possibly help.
