Yes, just a typical replacement power supply for a PC. About $25 new
over here.
I used a 12V mini power supply on mine, because the adapter was
originally designed to power a IIGS based robot. Then Henry Courbis
seen it, and the rest is history...

Absolutely!  The replacement power supply can just sit behind the
IIGS. Feed the power supply cables through back and plug into the
LittlePower adapter, and then it plugs into the IIGS power connector.

A lot like the Buggie power supplies did. (So I am told.)
