Sorry, that's a stumper. Things like that drive me nuts - even if
reference sites like MobyGames list the Apple II as a release platform
for a particular game, you can't rely on that unless they also have
screenshots or box art scans (especially if the game arrived late in
the II's life).
I saw an ad in the November '84 issue of Computer Gaming World that
claimed the existence of an Apple II version of Chris Crawford's
excellent wargame Legionnaire, but heck if I can find it anywhere.
