Now it's official. Put me into the Guiness book of world records.
My PCPI clone is happy to run at 20 MHz as advertised. No changes
needed, of course. Jut a 20 MHz CPU and crystal.

Note that if a quartz crystal is used rather than a 3-pin ceramic
oscillator, you need to install 2 capacitors. 22 pF works for me.

Of course all I did was turn it on, boot CP/M and execute a few
commands. Then check later that it still runs. However given that
<shameless plug> my daytime designs usually run at 400 MHz and up
chances are good that this board will prove to be quite stable at
20 MHz.
