Copy ][ Plus can be found on Asimov (ftp.apple.asimov.net).
Alternately, you can create a HELLO file which will launch your
program - by default, DOS 3.3 launches a BASIC program named HELLO on
boot. (I forget whether it'll BRUN it if it's binary instead, though.)
