My 0.02:

First, archive it in a format that preserves forked files (gshk?).

Then,

a) Copy all of it to an HFS volume on a IIGS, then physically move the disk and read it on a network-connected Mac.

or, perhaps

b) Configure an Appletalk server (older Mac or netatalk on OS X or Linux), mount a volume and copy it over directly.
