The Virtual Apple ][ 4.0 website had a joystick / mouse issue this
week which was causing games that required Joystick not to work
properly.  The problem has been resolved and a few other goodies added
to the new emulator.  The fixes and improvements are as follows:

 * - fixed paddle values for scaled display window
 * - added "digital" joystick support via numeric keypad arrows
 * - added Left-Alt and Right-Alt keys for Open-Apple and Closed-Apple
 * - changed reset key from Home to Ctrl-F12 and Ctrl-Pause/Break
