Is there really a lot of 6502 code driving fancy IIgs graphics modes
and
not needing the ROMs from the gs?
If so, I'll let somebody else do it. A lot of other things to do
around the video.
For example it looks good on an analog monitor, but not nearly as nice
on an
LCD screen. No big surprise - first it resamples into 640 pixels and
then
once again into the native 1024 or whatever. May be interesting to
optimize
the design for LCD.
In any case the first priority now is to finalize the design to be as
universal
as practical. Stay tuned.
