Re: IIGS 115,200 Baud Serial Port - How?

Concerning patching ProTERM 3.1 to achieve 115,200 baud from the IIGS serial
port(s), I must mention that there's a _chance_ that my final patches will
produce positive results.

I now have reason to believe that my host machine for these tests, a Beige
G3 PowerMac running OS X 10.4.11 (Tiger) with built-in (SCC-type) serial
ports, _may_ have been the limiting factor. The unsupported OS X drivers I'm
using for the built-in serial ports appear to restrict the ports to 57,600
baud max for async comm.

This week I'll try the patched ProTERM on a MDD Dual 1.25 GHz PowerMac with
a dedicated PCI slot serial card at 115,200 and report back. I'm cautiously
optimistic.
