Michael's comments are dead on about how realistic it is to make
a .nib image of a copy protected floppy.  That being said, I made such
a utility a few years back and recall that it worked about 60-70% of
the time with the MECC floppies I tried:

You'll want to look at nib2file, not dsk2file.
