Although not quite as rare as proverbial hens teeth, they're not far
off it. You might have more luck finding one of the more common 'RGB
Card' addons and adapting the 'Apple Digital' output to drive an
analogue display.

This isn't as hard as it seems - just a simple resistor network and a
level adjuster for the sync signal and you're away.
