Hey, I wanted to post a message here first, before looking into doing
this on e-bay. I need to sell some apple II hardware I have. A
little while ago I posted a sort of inventory-in-pictures at the
following address:
http://stoff.smugmug.com/gallery/5665096_xot9V
Of note are:
(1) Apple IIe (Platinum) - includes a
- CFFA card, 3.5" floppy controller (with original box I
beleive)
- Apple II memory expansion board (256k on it, but i have
5 un-opened 256k expansion chips to populate it with, you would need 4
of them, so there is 1 extra/spare)
- Clock/Calendar card
- Kensington system saver
- Joystick
- Color monitor
- (2) external 5.25" drives (working)
- (2) external 3.5" drives (working)
- large box of 5.25" disks
(2) Apple II GS with a 40MB HD (Vulcan)
(3) Apple IIc+, in pretty decent condition, was not used a lot
I also have a stack of 3.5" disks, some with original GS games on
them, as seen in the photos. I also have an 18-inch box filled with
5.25" disks, most of which have been imaged to a virtual disk using
Asimov. (I had gone through a couple larger collections that I got
off ebay and basically distilled the collection down to these known
working disks (it's been a few years since I did that though).
I am seriously considering e-baying these items in 2 or 3 weeks, after
I organize some of it and get it ready for shipping. For the IIe with
those items (CFFA, 3.5" controller, clock card, drives, disks, etc), I
would probably ask like $80 to $100 as a reserve - hopefully not too
out of line, it's certainly more than just a stock //e cpu. For the
IIGS, who knows, maybe $30 or $40 is what i would expect to get, it
works and has a 40MB HD built in. For the //c+, I dunno what to ask
for it. If anyone is interested, I would consider offers.
Happy New Year!
