The CiderPress volume copier tool is bi-directional. The interface is
somewhat horrid, but that's what happens when I'm in charge of UI. 8-|
You can copy a disk image onto a partition of equal size. (I think it
may also let you copy it onto a larger partition, with a warning that
the extra space will be inaccessible.)
