Here is one place you might want to visit for information about
programming the GS in Complete Pascall II. Disk images of Complete
Pascal II can also be downloaded:

and he has links to other resources for Complete Pascal II, such as
Lym Thye Chean's excellent programming tutorial page, Mike Stephen's
translation of the Complete Pascal II manual, the Programer's
Introduction the Apple IIGS and Advanced Programming Techniques for
the Apple IIGS Toolbox among other things.
