A listing of code stored on tracks 0, 1 and 2 of an AppliCard/
StarCard boot disk and loaded at $9100..$BFFF is now available in the
'Files' section of the Yahoo! Apple CP/M group. $9100..$AFFF is
basically just a hex dump of what must be Z-80 machine language.
$B000..$B7FF is typical disassembler output. $B800..$BFFF has a fair
number of comments due to inclusion of source modules previously
created by disassembling DOS 3.3.
