The LaserWriter driver brings along the AppleTalk support files, since
all Apple LaserWriters supported by the IIgs are AppleTalk printers.

If you only want "print to file" functionality you should be able to
disable or remove the AppleTalk drivers.

The primary file you need to get rid of is System:Drivers:SCC.Manager,
which is the serial port arbitration driver used by AppleTalk. It is the
one displaying the error message. You don't need it if you aren't using
AppleTalk.
