I would suggest:
1. gem unpack dsktool-0.5.1.gem
2. cd dsktool-0.5.1/bin
3. ruby dsktool.rb
4. Chastise yourself for shooting your trap off before doing some
elementary research.

There does seem to be a problem with the dsktool gem. Have you sent
Jonno an email and asked ?

I certainly hope that you are. Petulance is a poor way of asking for
some help. I'm sure people would be happier to provide it if you'd at
least try to be polite and stop behaving like such a joke yourself.
