What is the Apple IIGS? Site Updates
http://www.whatisthe2gs.apple2.org.za

Hi all!

Just thought I'd let everyone know of some of the updates the site has seen in the last couple of months.

To the site itself, there's now a subscribe feature, available from the grey navigation button from any page. Subscribing will mean you'll occasionally receive emails about updates to the site and the coffee table book planned.

Additionally, if you use RSS feeds, you can use RSS to automatically add the latest News and Blogs from What is the Apple IIGS?

Unfortunately, the error message bug continues to plague the site. If you come across a page loading with gibberish appearing, simply hit the reload button until the page loads properly. We've been unable to find the cause and I'm open to offers of the site being hosted elsewhere if anyone can spare the bandwidth, as this seems the only option left to solving this problem.

As always, the site still benefits from submissions from anyone who still cares about the Apple II: http://www.whatisthe2gs.apple2.org.za/you-can-help/. If your IIGS collection is in the attic at your parents place, Christmas is the perfect time to raid those old collections :-)

To that end, I'm wanting to track down Wayne Stewart to ask permission to include his wonderful PDFs of various hardware manuals on the site, as well as the manuals found on http://corbatech.sourceforge.net/, but there are no contact details on Corbatech.

Enjoy the site everyone!
