Hi Andy,

Well (blush) since you walked-into that one... would you consider a larger
enhancement to ciderpress? I have 2 requests.

1. Provide full support for CP/M disk images.

2. Provide a sort feature for viewing/editing Muliple Volumes like a CF card
that will make just one volume visible or alternately selected volumes
visible, or possibly allow the user to display the volumes and the files
beneath them a different sequence. What this amounts to is a sort by volume
feature, perhaps as a check box or some other settings in preferences.

Here's one Use Case scenario:

When I first got my CF card, I hadn't yet selected a sort order. The volumes
came up in a natural order. How I wish I could return to that.

I used one empty volume for phoenyx's Aztec C SHK archive and renamed the
volume AZTEC. All went well until one day I clicked-on sort by Pathname. In
ciderpress Pathname includes the volume name. From that day forward I have
been unable to figure-out how to display my main volume ahead of AZTEC since
AZTEC sorts to the top and I must scroll down through hundreds of files to
get to my main volume which is MDVOL1. Short of renaming the other 3 volumes
to something like A1, A2, A3 I can't figure-out how to display them the way
I want to see them.

A user sequence number solves this but might be a little hard to implement
and maintain.

Listing volumes in a separate column would also be hard to implement.

No matter how it is implemented this is not trivial.

I guess this would complicate things by introducing a multi-column sort if
it wasn't done in a simple manner. Perhaps on the dialog that has the
read-only check-box some initial display options could be added:

Display: All [checkbox] or Selected [drop down list] > [selected list] and
use the order selected as the volume display order for the other sorts.

That is all I am going to say on this for now and this asking for alot.

I would also be grateful on this if someone could tell me how to get back
the natural unsorted order after using sort columns. This machine got hit
with a trojan at some point so regedit isn't available until I fix it so I
can't use regedit to search for it at the moment but could use a reg script
to remove the ciderpress sort if possible.
