My only problem has been with the vendor:) I paid more than you! I think.

I will keep this in mind but I haven't noticed any problems running my own 
programs in Aztec C or MBASIC or whatever but time will tell. I have an 8 
MHZ Zip on there too and a CF drive. Maybe your chip was zapped or 
something.
