I've been poised on switching back to EDASM from Merlin for ages now,
if only I could find a manual for it. The ability to automate EDASM
through EXEC files and the STARTUP protocol is the really big draw
card - I'm finding the 'menu driven' interface quite tedious these
days.

And it uses normal text files and works on a II/II+. I have the DOS Toolkit version of the manual. It seems to be fairly close but is missing the BugByter manual. If no one can find the manual on line, I could scan it some day - it's only about 70 pages. Or, I could scan the reference card tomorrow; along with the built-in help it should answer most questions.
