Wow, it actually worked!!! Even with these settings, CiderPress
complains that something isn't right. I went ahead anyway and after
using BOOT13 in AppleWin, the 3.2.1 Create NIB image booted.

Now, I need to upload this thing somewhere. I don't know if I need
passwords, but I'll try Asimov and Garber Street, since those seem to
be the recommended locations.
