How do I handle both DOS 3.3 and ProDOS Apple 2 disk images under MS-
DOS? I need to test a special program. Also, how do I install and
use Apple 2 Commander for WinXP and WinVista? (Sorry for repeating
myself :-( ) When using FishWings to write cc65 programs to a disk
image, which type of file do I type?
