Hi,
I have MacPro1,1 - and I need to upgrade it.
1. How many RAM I can build on it? Apple said that 16GB is maximum -
is that true?
2. What kind of RAID controller I can use? Only those that Apple
recommends?
2.1 If I had new RAID controller - will I be able to add more than 4
disks - or this controller will control only apple DISK BAY (already
buildup)???
3. What kind of processor I can use for upgrade? Any one with 711
socket? Will my MacPro1,1 stand 2x4core 2,5Ghz?
4. What else I can upgrade? Can I upgrade main chipset? Or bus speed?
