Not enough games published on CP/M to generate sufficient interest.

Seriously, CP/M is fun to play with and learn about for awhile but what holds
the interest? I remember CP/M cards were all the rage for a short time back in
the good ol' days but that was when there wasn't a huuuge selection of Apple II
native software, and people were schnookered into the idea that a CP/M card
would let them tap into a well established library and compatibility with the
other popular machines of the day... "it's like having a second computer" I
remember the salesman saying.

What a let down when I learned I couldn't exchange disks directly with the few
people with those other CP/M systems. I had to send the files via modem.

This isn't a flame or bash on CP/M -- but I am curious as to what the draw is.
If you'd care to comment, I'd love to read your opinion.

Time to get one of my cards out of mothballs and try it out again... and see if
I feel the love.
