<sigh> The CardZ180 would be very cool. Problem is, I was never able to get the schematics diagrams and PAL maps from Rod Pederson. I have had no contact with him for about 14 years and doubt he'd have this information any more anyway.
I will have to see if any of my boards have readable PALs. I do have a bare board, so that could be tooled up without a whole lot of trouble.
They were originally designed for DIP memory, which is very hard to find in quantities nowadays.
