Hi everyone!
There has been a lot of talk about GBBS on the net over the last
few weeks. Allow me to set a few things straight.
First, I respect everyones opinion that investment vs return is in
question. That's perfectly valid. I bought GBBS, ExFer, Net-Work ]
[ and LLUCE as a labor of love. Even if I never make a penny off of
it, I'm proud to keep it alive in some fashion.
I plan on cleaning up the last version of GBBS Pro and re-relasing it.
I'm proud to say I've found several 'telnet-enabled' GBBS sites still
up and running. I would like to see the product wrapped in a virtual
Apple // emulator along with instructions on how to configure a real
Apple // to host an internet enabled GBBS.
People such as myself would do this as a labor of love. Bulletin
Boards are what launched me in to a lucrative career in IT. Some
people collect baseball cards. Some people play golf. I "geek" :-)
