I'll definitely look into the Monitor routines as part of my Assembly adventure. No problem... You might also consider getting your hands on the Nibble archive DVD - Sandy Mossberg's Disassembly Lines column was an invaluable resource.I agree! And Bob Sander-Cederlof's "Assembly Lines" (!) was also a great resource--and it's available on the web: http://www.txbobsc.com/aal/index.html -michael
I am leaning towards buying the Nibble DVD. I've also ordered the book "Graphically Speaking" by Mark Pelczarski, which Marcus recommended when he sent me the tile-engine example, and "Assembly lines, the Book", which I assume is different from Sander-Cederlof's series since the author of the book is listed as Roger Wagner (?). But yes, I plan to dig through the online "Assembly Lines" as well. :)
