Keyboard documentation

Hi,

I was poking around in Catakig emulator, looking to (maybe) fix what 
looks like a keyboard handling issue.

Anyway, I found the appleii reference online (for instance at: 
http://www.1000bit.it/support/manuali/apple/appleiieref.pdf), but it 
lacks the page 14 (between 31 and 32 in the pdf). All other sources I 
found exhibit the same issue:

Any place where I can find the missing page or an explanation of how 
exactly the keyboard is supposed to behave in an apple 2 ?

PS: Be gentle with me is the first time I touch Apple ][ stuff since
