This is a data retention test. The DRAM refresh is stopped, the software waits the maximum time allowed without refresh, and then the refresh is continued.
In my opinion this test does not really make sense because nobody will stop the refresh cycles during regular use. Most of my Saturn clones (I have 5 or 6) fail this test sometimes, but run fine during normal use.
So just ignore it, do the test when it's cold, or, if it's really a problem for you, replace the 4164's with newer ones that have a lower leakage current. IIRC you can use 41256 chips, too, because pin 1 is tied to GND or VCC.
Regards PatrickBTW: Locksmith 6.0 Fastcopy uses the 128k. The program reads a full disk into memory, allowing multiple copies.
