It's a very simple board.  The trickiest thing on it is the RC delay
to generate Ph2 from Ph0 (or is it the other way around ;-).

BTW, the original Mockingboard failed to reset the sound generator chips
when the system was reset, so adding a diode to do this is a good idea.
