thanks for the offer but at the moment I'm just determining if
the IIc/c+ is or can be made a target platform for my project
and if I have to care for it in a special way.

I'd like to support it but a mass storage device (with around
3 MB free space) is an absolute must. It sadly won't be enough
to have only a floppy drive and the ramdisk.
As my knowledge of IIc-compatible mass storage devices is pretty
limited I want to know what solutions exist.

If this obstacle is removed the next part will be making sure
that IIc-compatible ramdisks are supported to minimize loading
times. This is more important than a faster cpu for me.

It seems to me that there are several IIc RAM expansions that
offer "enough" space but are people using them? And how much
space is "enough"? 512K or 1MB? What is the majority in use?
I need to know that *before* I decide on the data structures
and go into details of the design.
