One other thing, talking about them in a public forum might be in 
violation of their TOS, the part that is written in lemon juice.  For a 
couple of years I had Charter Communications for internet access and 
cable, I switched after they hijacked my phone service stating that I 
agreed to switch by signing an extension of my service agreement, I 
never did neither, first there costs were more, second I don't like VOIP 
phone services, and last I worked for a telephone company and would have 
lost my concession  that my company paid me.
