A while back I uploaded this image containing a few card and board
games written in Integer BASIC:
ftp://ftp.apple.asimov.net/pub/apple_II/images/games/board/C7%20-%20Card%20and%20Board%20games%20(Integer).dsk
Solitaire

Hammurabi

Apple Casino Blackjack

Blackjack and Hammurabi are both copyrighted 1978 Apple Computer,
while Solitaire displays no date or copyright, though its color
palette is suggestive. Does anyone know who at Apple might have
authored these (and whether this Solitaire is actually an Apple
product)?
