I guess that means you got the initial bootstrapping to work? ;-)  Is
it possible that the disk you're using is unformatted?  You don't
really want to save the configuration until you've transferred the
entire bootable disk image, which it sounds like you haven't been
successful at yet, judging by your later post.

Would be nice if so, but the picker is only picking directories - so
it only shows directories.
