Agreed, even though a "completely populated" language card is
not authentic--the original came with an empty socket.

I suppose this will remain true as long as collectors have more
money than knowledge...

Come to think of it, if you don't think a buyer will like the
look of an empty socket, you could plug in *any* 16-pin DIP.  ;-)
