Re: IIGS partial success



Thanks, Mike (and everyone else!) :)

I'll try running the IIGS with the top removed. I'll also clean out
the fan on the System Saver IIGS.
The MicroDrive comes with some RAM diagnostics. I'll run those as well
to see if the RAM checks out okay.
Testing will have to wait until this weekend, when some free time
comes my way.

FWIW, my 3.5" drive is on its last legs. The eject button no longer
works (any easy way to fix it?). I have a few
spares at my folks' place which I'll have to dig up when I next visit
them.

Finally, I'll have some photos to post on my blog to show the new
battery replacement kit I ordered from ReactiveMicro.
