I don't use CiderPress myself, but according to
http://ciderpress.sourceforge.net/features.htm#disks it supports Apple
Disk Copy 4.2 images. That page lists the filetype extension as .dsk
though, and .img for Copy II Plus images, so maybe it's getting confused
about which disk image format it's dealing with.
