Hello all,
My disk IIs are acting strange - I made this disk with ADT, and worked
fine a few days ago. When I just tried, the disk ran (booting) a few
seconds, then certainly dropped into the monitor prompt (*), and DOS
is not completely loaded; I exited out from monitor with CTRL-B, and
typed in "CATALOG", got 'syntax error.' This is actually the 2nd
time in 1-2 weeks.
Is this a symptom of dying drive or just a bad floppy? Sorry -- I
know it's not enough info and it can be either and both. Not sure if
I should start thinking about purchasing the CFFA card.
Tia.
