OMG, I couldn't wait.  I set up my camera and tripod and imaged the
book in just 8 minutes.  It was a BIG help that it's a spiral bound
book that lays flat, so it was just turn the page and click the
button, and repeat.  I think the regular book I will need to get a
wooden frame (to keep the book lined up) and maybe experiment with
using a piece of glass as a weight on top and to keep the book flat.
I'll post the Graphically Speaking images in a little bit, let me know
what you think.  Trial run!
