The processor on the card is twice as fast, but the host Mac's speed is 
still important since all the Apple II video is handled by software 
running on the Mac. One of the early reviews of the card noted that the 
screen didn't always update smoothly if the entire screen was scrolling. 
This may have been improved with later releases of the software, and 
probably wouldn't be a problem at all on a Mac LC III or later, since 
this model is twice as fast as the original LC.
