I don't think so, that wouldn't make sense, because Ground is present on the
slots. I think it is a connection to the GRAPHICS TIME signal, which is
often just labeled GR. It is present on pin 58 of the AUX slot.

Yes. It is available on pin 32 of the AUX slot.

It might be the video signal. You can find that on pin 28 of the AUX slot.

I suspect that you won't need any software, but you'll need the monitor. If
you have a scope I could tell you how to figure out, how it is connected.
If you have some RGB monitors with a correct plug, you could try them.
