Hi Jim,
I already did that. See below. My point I think is that you and others might
want to take some kind of action too. I really don't find your suggestion
very helpful since you've obviously made this my problem and not yours.
If it doesn't annoy you to be spammed day after day, fine. I have considered
unsubscribing to this newgroup if the spam doesn't stop, but since I really
enjoy the group I thought I'd try this route first.

Sometimes when I am listening to a Macophile talk about "Windows people" I
feel like I am listening to an affirmative action advocate promoting
minority rights.

Good Morning,
One of your sites (stockhunt.com) is presently engaging in a promotional
SPAM campaign which has resulted in hundreds, perhaps thousands of SPAM
messages to be sent to newgroup subscribers.
This practice is completely disruptive and unethical, and on this basis I am
requesting that you shut this site down. This irresponsible abuse has
contaminated countless technical research resources and has been broadcast
worldwide, and the effects are irreversible.
I have personally received several hundred of their SPAM messages and would
be pleased to forward them to you for your review in the ineterest of
stopping this abuse.
Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter. This should also
probably result in a criminal prosecution against the site's registrant, but
at the very least the site should be shut down and the registrants prevented
from registering again.
Regards,
Bill Buckels
