Most, if not all, Apple II-IIe have a 4 pin video port just behind 
the RCA video jack. These are +12v, -5v, video, and ground, 
I believe, and not in this particular order. It can be found in the 
Understanding The Apple II book, by Jim Sather. Now that I'm 
looking, there is also a 2 pin video post on some of them. 

Ok, it's on page 14 & 15 of the Schematics section, or 344-345 
in my PDF. Can't guarantee that all of the PDF's are the same.
