How do I use a2tools or Apple Commander to transfer a binary file to
an Apple 2 disk image under Win32? I have both former, but have been
having a hard time using them. a2tools for Windows keeps displaying
the help screen, and Apple Commander doesn't run at all, and I don't
know why.
