At this point, the only reason for putting up an A2 BBS is fornostalgia. I find that as an application designer, it is valuable toreturn to the roots of programming, and A2 BBSing is a good way toaccomplish this.

It would be interesting, possibly fun to see what a bunch of old-timerscould do, since anyone playing with an A2 BBS probably has at least 20years of programming experience. Whoever owns the rights to ACOS, MACOS,or anything else, why not open it up and see what we can do with it?
