I have not heard of the "Supermac //e video card".
Typically, a //e "video card" is a card that adds 80-column
capability by adding memory in the aux memory slot.
Such memory expansion cards do not typically need much
documentation, since they simply enable the built-in 80-
column firmware in the //e, which is identical to the Apple
"80-column" card and either non-extended or extended //e
firmware, depending on your machine.
Documentation for the 80-column firmware (of both flavors)
is pretty widespread on the web.
What is the function of this card? Is it more than a memory
expansion card?
